My problem is I have a Severe Neck Pain, right shoulder and arm problem for several years. Just a non stop torment, that progressively is affecting all the rest of the body functionality.

Here is the general description:

• Dislocated Herniated neck disc at C3/C4
• Dislocated Herniated neck disc at C5/C6 pain
• Muscular torment in the right site of the body
• Right shoulder severe pain
• Chronic head (back) pain
• Right arm pain
• Severe depression
• Chronic insomnia
• Right site of the body chronic shingles
• Low back pain,
• Left leg pain and occasional left foot pain.
